Dieser Trainingskurs richtet sich an alle, die Lust auf Beachvolleyball (2:2) haben und die Volleyball-Grundtechniken schon ganz gut beherrschen. Komplett-Anfänger sind hier also eher nicht richtig – ein bisschen Erfahrung mit Baggern, Pritschen und Aufschlägen sollte schon vorhanden sein.

Im Training geht es darum, beachspezifische Techniken und Taktiken Schritt für Schritt kennenzulernen bzw. zu verbessern – zum Beispiel Grundstellung, Zuspiel, Angriffsschlag oder Block. Wir arbeiten mit verschiedenen Übungen und kleinen Spielformen, damit du dein Spiel weiterentwickeln kannst. Natürlich wird auch viel gespielt, denn am Ende soll das Ganze vor allem Spaß machen und im Match funktionieren.

Voraussetzungen:

• Baggern und Pritschen sollten grundsätzlich klappen
• Aufschläge sollten zuverlässig über das Netz gehen (von oben oder unten)
• Eine gewisse Grundfitness und Lust, sich im Sand zu bewegen

This training course is aimed at anyone who enjoys beach volleyball (2:2) and already has a good command of the basic volleyball techniques. Complete beginners are therefore not really suited to this course—you should already have some experience with digging, setting, and serving.

The training focuses on learning and improving beach-specific techniques and tactics step by step – for example, basic stance, passing, attacking, and blocking. We work with various exercises and small game formats so that you can develop your game. Of course, there is also plenty of playing time, because ultimately, the whole thing should be fun and work in a match.

Requirements:

Digging and passing should be fundamentally sound.
Serves should reliably cross the net (from above or below).
A certain level of basic fitness and a desire to move around in the sand.
So if you're into beach volleyball, training in the sand, and lots of ball contact, you've come to the right place.
