In meinem Kurs lernst du die Basics der Akrobatik – von Pyramiden über Partnertricks bis hin zu Einzelfiguren. Egal, ob du schon Erfahrung hast oder zum ersten Mal Akrobatik ausprobierst,
Ob von Pyramiden, Ratschlägen, zweier Tricks oder Einzelfiguren ist alles dabei. Schritt für Schritt arbeiten wir an der Körperspannung und meistern gemeinsam mit viel Spaß die Herausforderung eine Vorwärtsrolle zu schaffen.

Was gehört zu Akrobatik ?

Akrobatik ist ein Kontaktsport. Außerdem werden wir  die Dehn-Fähigkeit in Angriff nehmen, um ein bisschen Balance und Flexibilität zu erlernen.

Außer Sportzeug, Sportschuhen und Trinkwasser wird nichts benötigt! Wer hat, darf gerne Schläppchen mitbringen. ;)

Whether it's pyramids, advice, two tricks or individual figures, everything is included. Step by step, we work on body tension and master the challenge of a forward roll together with lots of fun.

What does acrobatics involve?

Acrobatics is a contact sport. We will also tackle stretching skills to learn a bit of balance and flexibility.

Apart from sports gear, sports shoes and drinking water, nothing is needed! If you have shoes, you are welcome to bring them ;)
